ELDER LAW represents the senior community. Lawyers specializing in elder law are experienced with the legal aspects of health and long term care planning and with this knowledge they can advise you on how to preplan so that your assets can be preserved. With the increase in elder population it is very important to get a representative that knows the laws and regulations that can save your life savings.

The most important part is to prepare for the future early. With all of the regulation and time frames given without preplanning your assets can be lost in a matter of months if long term care is needed.

Scheib Law Offices originated from the Elder Law Offices of Greevy & Associates. Attorney Scheib was an associate. Attorney Scheib relocated hist practice to Lewisburg in order to provide superior elder law services to Susquehanna Valley. Attorney Scheib cares for the elderly and therefore has provided careers to the talented retirees, Cecelia Rothermel and Velma Malloy. These wonderful staff members provide an amazing work ethic and an innate ability to relate to the clients of Scheib Law Offices. Attorney Scheib acknowledges, "Clients feel at home when working with staff members from their own generation."
